For all purchases of a lower amount, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, and will cost € 3.95 (flat rate for all of Spain).
In any case, these expenses will appear detailed during the purchase process. The customer must not make any additional payment at the time of delivery of the order.
It is established that the products delivery time will be 24-48 hours once purchased.
For exchanges or returns, you have a period of 30 days from the day after receiving the product.
The item must be in perfect condition and in its original box, in order to accept your return. Any used item will not be accepted. Please DO NOT break the box as it is required for its return.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We manage the pick-up of the merchandise FOR FREE during the launch promo.
As soon as we receive the item in our offices, we will proceed to refund the amount thereof. The return procedure is as follows:
Go to "My account"
Select the order you want to return and click on "Make return."
Go to a DHL point with the return label that we attached to your initial order.
As soon as we receive the package and check that everything is ok, we will refund the money.

In case of return of 1 or 2 pairs, a 50% discount will be applied on the pairs that the customer keeps.
Example: Pedro buys 3 pairs: 2 of € 69.90 and one of € 59.90. You want to return one of € 69.90.
To do the calculation, we add the original amount of the pairs that remain and apply the 50% discount (€ 69.90 + € 59.90 = € 129.80 / 2 = € 64.90). Now we make the difference with respect to the total amount you paid (€ 69.90 - € 64.90 = € 5). With this calculation, we will refund Pedro € 5
